Dakota Halliburton is from Austin, Texas, and she pursued a BFA in Fine Art photography, a minor in Imaging Systems, and immersion in Museum Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is also a deaf photographer and mixed-media artist who uses a variety of mediums to recollect memories about her family and understand the beauty of living.
