BFA Admissions
In addition to the general University application, which can be obtained through the University of Connecticut Undergraduate Admissions Office, all students who wish to apply as Studio Art majors are required to submit an art portfolio. Entrance into the Studio Art program has become highly competitive and the portfolio review is a vital part of the admission process.

Portfolio Deadlines:
There are two ways you can have your portfolio reviewed:
1. Attend a portfolio review .
2. Have your portfolio reviewed online.
WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING Slides, CD's or DVD's. No Portfolio's will be reviewed after the deadline dates.

ART DEPARTMENT PORTFOLIO DEADLINE FOR REGULAR FRESHMAN AND TRANSFER ADMISSION: JANUARY 24.
Open House
Open house is a time for students and parents to visit the campus, learn more about UConn and the Department of Art and Art History and meet with it's various faculty members.
